Position Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and is eager to support our clients through their packaging solution journey. As the frontline of our company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our mission is met with every customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Provide product information, pricing, and lead times to customers.
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests efficiently.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints or escalate as needed.
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Stay informed about new products, services, and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Prior experience with QuickBooks Desktop is a significant plus.
- Previous experience in the packaging industry is highly advantageous.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- High school diploma; higher education degree a plus.
